Editorial research · Updated September 2026 · How we research
Starter and Business
The Starter plan lists one site and 10 GB storage; Business lists up to five sites and 20 GB storage. Confirm current inclusions at checkout.
Professional and beyond
Professional lists up to 15 websites and 40 GB storage. Higher tiers and separate WooCommerce plans serve different resource needs.
Avoid the pricing trap
Compare total prepayment, renewal price, refund conditions, resource limits and whether email is included on the plan you choose.
Check the current plan terms and decide whether they match your site. We may earn a commission if you purchase through this link, at no additional cost to you.
See WPX hosting plans ↗Calculate the actual annual cost
Write down the first-term price, renewal price, billing interval and any applicable taxes. Add services you need but that may not be included, such as domain registration, premium email, paid backups, staging or specialist developer help. Divide the total by the number of websites you can actually host, rather than the plan's theoretical maximum. A cheap introductory rate can be less useful than a predictable renewal rate if you intend to keep the site for years.
Compare plans against your workload
Record your current disk usage, monthly visits, peak concurrent visitors and number of installations before shopping. Leave room for backups, image uploads and seasonal peaks. Check whether the provider counts staging sites, applies visit or bandwidth limits, and charges for overages. Confirm all current numbers in the merchant checkout; we intentionally do not publish unverified prices.
Your practical evaluation worksheet
Use this worksheet while researching wpx hosting pricing: compare plans and billing terms. It is designed to turn a general hosting question into a decision you can verify for your own website, rather than relying on a generic rating or an unsupported promise.
- Define the outcome: write down the specific problem or decision that brought you to wpx hosting pricing: compare plans and billing terms, and identify one measurable sign of improvement.
- Collect a baseline: record your current provider, plan, billing term, site count, storage, audience location and any recent performance or reliability issues.
- Separate essentials from extras: identify the features your website cannot operate without, and do not count a feature until its limits and responsibilities are clear.
- Verify current documentation: consult the provider’s official plan page, knowledge base and contract for every detail that could affect the purchase.
- Test a representative journey: check a public page and any important form, login, membership or checkout flow before committing to a migration.
- Keep an exit plan: retain an independent backup, confirm how to export your data and note the renewal or cancellation date.
If you cannot answer a critical question from the published documentation, ask the provider in writing. The right decision is the one whose limits and responsibilities you understand before moving a live site.
